James Robert Reed, 19, of Round Lake Minnesota, dies in a gasoline fire after his Ford crashes into a Chicago and North Western freight engine near Brunsville. Witnesses say speeding car failed to see the train, door opened to reveal a burned, gutted interior. body removed with great effort as fire dies.
