Judge Directs Verdict in Lockwood v Wiltgen case

Load Shifts Untimely Truck Rollover No Injuries
A 1949 Studebaker truck owned by Jake Roghair of Hartley tipped onto its side on highway 78 near Le Mars just after 7 a m Wednesday morning. The load, a head of dust, shifted heavily but the driver and passengers were uninjured and aid was sent to Merle Franzen’s truck. The vehicle was towed to Le Mars by Nyssius Garage. Patrolman Pell investigated the scene.
