Le Mars social calendar featured numerous clubs and parties
Le Mars residents packed a busy week with birthday celebrations, sewing bees, and club gatherings. Janice Kiettlow hosted friends for her seventh birthday after school. The Study Club met at Walter Nussbaum’s home to study the Bible. Various church circles, women’s clubs, and the Elks shared luncheons, games, and contract events. Multiple dinners honored birthdays including Mrs. S. B. McManus’s 100th, with Rotary, parish members, and local families attending.
