The Northwest County co operative announces a contract making them an authorized New Holland baler and equipment dealer. Plymouth Street store will stock complete parts for popular New Holland balers. Clarence Cowan named Division Manager, with J. J. Local church youth groups met at Past Methodist church to organize a union sunrise service for April 8. If rain disrupts, the service will move to First Presbyterian church with a breakfast for seniors and juniors to follow. Fish and Wildlife Seminar Scheduled for April 23

The 1954 Wildlife Research Seminar will be held April 23 at the Warden Hotel in Fort Dodge. Iowa State College Fisheries and Wildlife Institute sponsors talks on pheasants quail fishing harvests and other outdoor topics with conservation officers biologists and delegates from sports clubs farmers and conservation groups attending. The program begins at 10 00 a.m. and ends with a banquet at 6 p.m. Hotel reservations are advised promptly.

Wall Street Journal reports ALF L Teamsters leader Dave Beck backs organizing Detroit auto salesmen with a guaranteed 4 percent commission on factory delivered price. Henry Lower says Local 376 has 1,230 of 3,000 applicants and plans bargaining for 100 new car dealers including Ford and Chevrolet.
