Disgraced judge presses bid to restore pension in Oklahoma
A hearing on restoring former Creek County judge Donald Thompson’s annual pension of 93474 is delayed after a dispute over in person appearance. Thompson, convicted last year of four counts of indecent exposure, argues his civil pension case can proceed, while officials say transport of a prisoner to a civil hearing is not allowed.
