Arrangements for the Jaycees annual Christmas parade and Santa Claus party are set for downtown on Saturday. The parade begins at 2 p.m. with a 1:30 p.m. caravan formation in front of Central Junior High School. Religious floats will be featured and a kiddie Santa party follows on the courthouse lawn with Newt Burrow Jr. as Jaycee chairman. Sacks of treats will be given, and Santa will greet children. He admitted setting 12 sticks of dynamite in a store washroom during the Friday surprise sale April 15. Peddicord implicated his sister-in-law Joy Keller and both were jailed on $75000 bond.
