Leavenworth Oct 29 A report of an audit of the accounts of County Clerk Clarence Ryan facing ouster proceedings was filed with the county commissioners Attorney General Clarence Beck has moved to suspend Ryan with the supreme court. Tax collections and various finance items were reported along with bids for water plant interior painting and hose purchases. The meeting ended with reports from officials after their attendance at a Kansas municipalities convention in Wichita.
