Regents sue LBJ Library contractor for repair costs
University of Texas regents file suit in state district court against T C Bate Construction Co of Dallas and Federal Insurance Co to obtain repairs costing more than 10 000. Sealing material pulled from exterior stone allowed moisture, causing cracks and displacement in travertine marble exterior of the Lyndon B. Johnson Library and Sid Richardson Hall.
