Kansas University Concert Band Presents Season Ending Program

The Kansas University Concert Band directed by Prof. Russell Wiley closed its year with a spring concert in University Theater. Memorable Movements

A review notes the second movement as a march built on a folk tune with clever results. The fourth movement features a polytonal idiom requiring great technical skill from the entire band, making it a highly effective finale to an enjoyable concert.
