BIS Escapees Captured By Sheriff's Officers
Two 15 year olds from the Boys Industrial School at Topeka were captured by sheriff's deputies after authorities responded to a report of a car sale at the Coop Service Station at 23rd Street and Haskell Avenue. The youths had fled the institution Friday and were found traveling in a stolen vehicle linked to a Bonner Springs theft. Identified as Larry Joe Collins of Wichita and Joseph M. Seibert of Topeka.
