Rezoning Sought for Former North Lawrence Bar Site
At City Hall planners weigh rezoning about an acre on Maple Lane between North Third and Fourth streets. Clyde Sherve owns the site once housing a bar. Wilkens land nearby remains outside the proposal. Current zoning permits high nuisance uses. rezoning would curb those and allow medium nuisance uses like an animal hospital or bakery.
