Preliminary hearing for three persons charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana is set for July 5 in Leavenworth County District Court. Adults Larry Fishburn, 36, and Sara Fishburn, 22, both of Lawrence, and a 17-year-old were arraigned after a sheriff’s raid recovered about 500 pounds of processed marijuana worth 62 000 and 4 000 pounds of unprocessed marijuana valued at 100 000.

Man Pleads Guilty in KU Parking Ticket Fraud
