Supreme Court Denies Rehearing in Boyd Truck Case
The Kansas Supreme Court has rejected the Kansas corporation commission's bid for a rehearing in the Boyd Truck Lines case. It previously affirmed a Pratt County district court ruling that set aside a commission order allowing Boyd Lines to operate in southwest Kansas.
