Col. R. L. Anderson Jr of the U S Army Corps Kansas City announced a 20 year concession lease near the Perry Reservoir project. The package includes a boat ramp parking interior roads a breakwater and 40 acres with a fixed $600 minimum rental. The concessionaire must provide 40 fishing boats 15 motors rescue craft a floating dock water supply a service building a floating fuel dock plus later year expansions. Other sites to follow.
