Bourbon to Washburn as Cox plans KU return in 2015
The Journal-World reports former KU running back Brandon Bourbon will enroll at Washburn University in Topeka to play his final season with the Ichabods in 2015. Bourbon, a 6 foot 1, 225 pound back, battled injuries at KU and finished with 422 yards and four TDs on 81 carries in 30 games. Also, Taylor Cox is expected to return to KU for his final season in 2015 after missing last year with an Achilles injury.
