Arson Suspect In Club Fire At Manhattan Country Club

Charles William Glover, 29, of Oskaloosa, is jailed in Douglas County facing felonious assault charges after allegedly threatening Lawrence officer Brian Hampton with a knife during a dispute at the home of Glover’s former wife Ruth Glover.
