Long pleads no contest in grandmother murder case

A Tuesday fire at 1908 E. 19th St. in eastern Lawrence displaced a family and fatally injured a dog. Firefighters rescued two dogs, one later died from injuries. KU student Chang So guilty of sexual assault on visitor
The judge described the loss of trust as the worst harm from the Sept 3, 2016 incident in Oliver Hall.
