Finney and Caldwell allegedly forged 50000 in Hutchinson and Salina municipal bonds and sold them to Citizens State Bank Topeka. Winfield Kansas December 1 AP business leaders urged an intensive search for Mr and Mrs Harry Pritchard missing Wichita pair. The couple formerly resided in Winfield.
