Bandit Pleads Guilty In Wayside Bank Robbery Case
Dick Alberty of Copan Oklahoma pleaded guilty to robbing the Wayside State Bank at Wayside Kansas on August 16 and was sentenced by Judge J. W. Holdren to 10 to 50 years in the Kansas penitentiary. Two Killed in Wreck at Painesville Crossing
Two people died and three injured when an east bound Nickel Plate stock train hit a Baltimore and Ohio gasoline passenger car at a crossing in Painesville Ohio.
