Koch family funded Wonder private school opens in Wichita
A Koch family funded private pre K through 12th grade school, Wonder, will open Sept 4 on the Wichita State University campus with 39 students. Founders include Chase and Annie Koch. The program blends maker movement ideas with project based lessons, each student receiving a MacBook Air. Tuition ranges from 6500 to 10000 dollars, with no current accreditation sought, plans for later accreditation through the International Association of Learner-Driven Schools.
