Friendly Smiles van aids underserved kids in Douglas County
A grant from the BeMo reLikeClaire Fund enabled the Friendly Smiles Dental Outreach Program to buy a second van, preserving Lt. Dr. Claire Van Landingham’s legacy. The project brings dental care to schoolchildren to reduce missed work and appointments, with the community health meeting Friday to shape Live Well Douglas County’s five year plan.
