In a probe of a $1.55 million Plymouth cash heist, authorities charged Thomas R. Richards John J. Kelley and Patricia Diaferio with leading a crew that ambushed a mail truck en route to the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston. Richards was arrested. Kelley and Diaferio posted bail.
