Hearing Continued In Marijuana Case
Preliminary hearing for John Irwin Tyler 23 of Route 2 Lawrence was continued until 10 a.m. Aug. 16. He is free on 2000 bond after arrest July 20 at his home five miles south of Lawrence. An agent bought marijuana from him in the city and he has operated the art gallery at 706 Mass. St since early in the year. Tyler, formerly of Bartlesville Oklahoma, was a Kansas University student from 1961 to 1964.
