A Kansas State University student from Florida apparently left a suicide note and was shot and killed by police after a citywide chase. Officers said Holliday aimed at two officers, but it was not confirmed he fired. the incident occurred near campus after a car pursuit ended in a head on collision with a Riley County officer.
