A 28 year old man, Thomas King of 1308 N J faces rape charges and is jailed on 5000 bond. Police seek a second suspect described as a black man in his 20s, about 5 11 and 220 pounds. The victim, 19, was accosted in a doorway on Massachusetts Ave and dragged upstairs to an apartment near Pub tavern where she was attacked. Her clothes were found in the apartment.
