Kansas State vs Baker Game Canceled After Feud

Busy campus scene at Kansas State University with the chancellor’s residence near completion and likely occupancy before December 1. The $15 030 house, funded partly by the Spooner bequest, overlooks Mount Oread and the Spooner library wing rises nearby. Electrical engineering building bids will be awarded this week and the site was set about 100 yards southeast of the main campus building.

He spent days at Oskaloosa with lumber interests and as a Jefferson county commissioner he helped oppose a bond swindle with ex Gov Walsh about twenty years ago. Now near seventy he runs a ranch business in southwestern Colorado with a son and remains active and healthy.
