Ace cab driver Vito Lupo 56 was arraigned in district court on a Clark County fraud charge after allegedly taking 500 from Abbey Steinhouse with a promise of a job via City Commissioner Roy Wooster. Bail set at 3000. next hearings to follow. Lupo faces multiple similar indictments and claims of impersonating political workers.
