Ohio county may subscribe to railroad stock under act
Commissioners of Fairfield County with county voters consent may subscribe to capital stock of a railroad linking Lancaster to Newark or Columbus or from Lancaster to Newark connection. They may borrow funds, issue bonds, and pledge taxes to pay debt and dividends. A public vote will decide subscription. if approved, county stock issued, otherwise resubmitted.
