Florin Farms Inc of Mount Joy signed an agreement to buy two East Donegal Township farms totaling 228 acres along Donegal Springs Road. The Carmany farms were purchased as officials noted the land suits general farming and potential future development. Principal owners A and J Musser Wolgemuth reside in Mount Joy.
