North Carolina Youth Wins FFA Star Farmer of America Title
Clarence C. Chappell Jr. of Belvidere NC received the Star Farmer of America award at the 30th FFA national convention in Kansas City, with a $1,000 prize. Four regional Star Farmers were named alongside him, including Charles Cole of New Hartford NY, Bryan Hafen of Mesquite NV, and Bilhe D Parsons of Milesville SD.
