Indoor Ground Breaking By Governor At Farm Show Arena
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture moved groundbreaking indoors due to rain. Governor Lawren ce and Secretary Henning presided as soil was dumped on tarpaulin and the ground was broken for a new building on North Cameron Street across from the Farm Show Building. Construction slated to begin at once and be ready by July 1964.
