The Lancaster County Farmers Association Women’s Committee met at President Mrs Clyde Wivell’s home in Columbia R1. Assignments named Mrs William Dean Strasburg RI as secretary and public relations leader, Mrs J Robert Hess Shashung RIl as a member handling telephone correspondence. Plans include entertaining the Business and Professional Women’s Club of Lancaster at a September luncheon for an exchange of areas.

Led by Charles S Risser who topped a 27 entrant field and Edward Redcay who finished second Cloister FFA placed 1 2 4 6 7 in the Lan caster York county Dairy Products contest This marks the chapter’s fourth vocational judging crown this year and earns both students state level eligibility at Penn State in June Judges included Richard Willamee of Queen Dany with events on milk settings sediment testing and equipment cleanliness.
