Interest Sought For Area Home Economics Assn

Mrs Bernard O Bradley Lancaster School District Home Economics supervisor reports many women want a local home economics association. A survey is under way with county home economists. The first meeting is planned for September and interested home economists should contact 1821 Anne Ave Lancaster.

NFU Announces Staff Changes

The National Farmers Union named two national staff moves. Dwyte Wilson, longtime GM of Agricultural Associates in Washington, DC, becomes NFU director of organization. Kenneth L. Motz, a 1949 assistant secretary, is named NFU secretary-treasurer. Motz joined NFU in 1942 and served through WWII and the Korean War. Walson, since 1958 head of the Division of Project Development, will continue work linked to organizing in new Farmers Union states.
