Beaver County Gains Brucellosis Free Status statewide
Beaver County is added to Pennsylvania’s list of brucellosis free areas, reaching 32 certified counties. Dr. William L Henning notes Beaver County’s 16 percent infection rate among 1 178 herds remains extremely low, as testing continues for other counties and milk samples are collected from Fayette County herds.
