W M Schutt Associates urged Lancaster to buy a 2023 Dulevo Model 6000 vacuum assisted street sweeper sold by Guthrie Heli-Arc Inc in Bergen NY for 284933 dollars. John Mikeley favored both electric and diesel options but sought a fiscally responsible choice for residents. The board did not announce a vote at the latest Monday night meeting.
