Locations include the Tops at 5175 Broadway Depew and the Tops Xpress at 470 Aurora St Lancaster. Ownership will transfer within 45 days with no disruption to operations and all 585 workers kept.

Man pleads guilty in fatal road rage case
A 39 year old Springville man Mario Garcia pleaded guilty to one count of second degree manslaughter in the November 2023 road rage death of 64 year old Lancaster resident Andrew Mikula. Garcia hit Mikula with his pickup on Route 240 East Concord, then drove home and called 911. He faces up to 15 years in prison at sentencing scheduled for 9 30 a.m. Wednesday June 5.
