Out of the Past Burns to Ground in Oakwood Ave Barn
A large barn and contents on Oak wood Ave owned by Albert Phillips burned early Saturday. Jimmy Schneider, delivering milk, alerted firemen and directed them from Town Hall. The fire threatened nearby homes including Frank Faulhaber’s, with sparks showering the neighborhood. Cause undetermined. possible hobos or cigarette butts.
