Flynn to leave DA post March 31 join Lippes Mathias
Erie County District Attorney John Flynn will resign March 31 after announcing he will not seek re election. He will join the Lippes Mathias law firm headquartered in Buffalo as part of its government and corporate investigations team. Dennis C Vacco, a former New York attorney general and Lippes Mathias partner, voiced enthusiasm for the hire.

Lancaster IDA eyes proposals to boost local jobs
The Lancaster Industrial Development Agency with a lean five-member board and new chair Kevin Lemaster and vice chair Bob Leary focuses on commercial growth. Discussions with JAGG Electrical & Control aim to secure sales tax credits for a $7 million building expansion that could add 15 to 40 jobs locally.
