Former jail deputy sentenced for harassing sheriff's office member
John Gugino of Hamburg, 47, received a one year conditional discharge and 30 hours of community service after a July 23 2022 Highmark Stadium incident. He was found guilty of harassment in the second degree and faces up to a year in jail if convicted on the misdemeanor charge.
