Lancaster Arbor Day events span townwide celebrations
The Town of Lancaster Forestry Department hosts an Arbor Day event at Wood Park from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday April 29 featuring a poster contest winner and a flag ceremony for Tree City USA for the 24th year. Also includes equipment demonstrations by Davey Tree and lantern fly and Tree Services talks. open to all, adults must accompany children under 13, rain or shine.
