Red Barn Maple Syrup Keeps Family Traditions Alive
Powers family in Delevan began maple syrup as a hobby over 50 years ago. They moved production to Clarence in 2018 to share with locals, valuing tradition over profit. Sap boils eight weeks from 50 to 60 gallons per season at 100 year old red barn on Kraus Road.
