Oatus Roberts Jr guides cleaning and shipping of pea beans for Texas Sesame, with beans fetching about 10 cents per pound and destined for Stokley Van Camp in Dallas for pork n beans. Man Shot Friday Night in Rosales Area
Police investigated a shooting that left Earnest Garcia 32 of Rosales Texas wounded twice, once in the shoulder and once in the hip, around 12:20 a.m. Saturday. A resident reported gunfire in front of WZ Rogers School and a nurse at Medical Arts Hospital confirmed treatment. Police said they had a one sided account and continued the inquiry.
