Burkett Moved To Parkland For Treatment

Randy Burkett, a Lamesa High School sophomore, was moved by air to Parkland Hospital in Dallas after a farm accident near the Midway Community. He had earlier undergone extensive surgery at Methodist Hospital in Dallas, where doctors removed both feet and his left arm from severe electrical burns. He remained conscious and recognized his parents following the operation.
