GRF to pilot gate system at Gates 5 and 6

The Golden Rain Foundation board approved a pilot gate system at Gates 5 and 6 with a 363000 set aside. The plan uses RFID and license plate recognition linked to the current database to manage access. An additional 45000 for RFID tags and 33200 yearly for software costs were approved. Margaret Klein noted projected costs may be high, and Gates 5 and 6 were chosen for high density and busy access. The pilot duration is to be determined as 12 or 18 months.
