City officials propose a yearlong Improvement Plan to streamline operations and boost business friendliness. An ad hoc committee approved a charter for Clubhouse Two design phases. Phase 1 covers the main clubhouse while Phase 2 includes auxiliary facilities. Pool deck replacement is postponed, saving about 439000, with construction expected to begin in 2015 and a 5 million budget to maintain quality.
