United Dismisses Suit Against GRF Over By Law Change
United Mutual board filed to dismiss a lawsuit against the Golden Rain Foundation after GRF ratified a bylaw amendment. The change limits GRF power on real estate deals, expansions, and borrowing, requiring Corporate Member approval for major actions. Corporate Members include 27 housing mutual directors elected by residents.
