A party led by G W Nelson of the Oregon Trunk Line and included R J Martin of Kansas City and K A Martin and H A Hunter departed last night for a tour of the Oregon Trunk route from central Oregon to the California border. They will inspect Nevada California Oregon line progress as McCloud River and Southern Pacific surveys push north from McGavie and Midland toward Klaamth Falls and Alturas.
