Farmers report two crops sold this year as buyers wait and market opens. One crop sold for 75 cents plus storage, another at 65 cents. If prices hold, income may lag last year. Potatoes mature with good quality, no disease, and the water supply could make the Grande Ronde valley a leading spud producer.
In a continued Morrison case session jurors were chosen. Dismissals include T. G. Hannon v Polen and Tramwell and James Dick v Hila Dick. Demurrer in Tillamook Building Co. v C H Upton overruled.
