Cement Plant Headed by Nibley for Portland Venture

Portland August 3 special correspondence reports strong interest in a planned Million Dollar Cement Plant at Portland. Nibley partners with Salt Lake capital to build in a 100 acre site with rock from Rowe burg and rail water links. The project aims 1,000,000 barrels yearly capacity, expandable, with Nibley and associates owning half the rock and Portland financiers the other half.
