Walla Walla Electric Line Expands Across Inland Empire
The Walla Walla Traction and Oregon & Washington lines push toward Pendleton and Weston as they seek franchises and right of way. The planned route would run from Weston to Milton and on to Athena, Wallowa, Pendleton, and Bingham Springs with possible merger with the Pomeroy Asotin Wallula line. Officials expect rapid construction once Weston franschise is granted.
